"Arrived way sooner than I thought"
My order showed up much faster than I expected, and everything went smoothly. It’s always nice when a company just does the decent thing and gets your stuff to you without any hassle

"Customer service just never replied"
I reached out to customer service nothing. No reply, no update, no anything. I waited and waited, and it just felt like they wasted my time.

so... my order from Ignatius Press arrived in really good shape. The box felt sturdy, and nothing inside was bent, dented, or tossed around.
I also appreciated that they didn’t go overboard with a bunch of extra packaging, but it still felt protected. Everything was clean and exactly as it should be, so I’m happy with it.

"Great selection and felt legit"
I was a little nervous at first because I’ve been fooled by random sites before, but this one ended up being a solid find. They had a really good mix of books and Catholic items, including a few titles I couldn’t find anywhere else. The site was easy to look through too. Overall, I was happy with the selection and would probably order from them again

"Good Catholic reads, shipping could be better"
I found a solid selection of orthodox Catholic books, the website and shipping just felt a bit old-fashioned. Overall I’m glad they have the titles, but the ordering experience could use an update.

"Better value than I expected"
I've bought similar stuff before and usually felt like I paid a bit too much, but this was a nice surprise. The price was fair, i got more than I expected for what I spent.

"I’ve found the content to be clear..."
I’ve found the content to be clear, helpful, and easy to follow. To be fair, it’s not trying to be overly flashy or super in-depth on every topic, but for straightforward Catholic reading and guidance, it does a really good job.

I found the books I was looking for quickly, and checkout was easy too. The pages loaded fine on my phone and nothing acted weird or frustrating. this is how shopping online should be, no tricks, no hassle, just a site that respects your time
